Time to bring you all our new launch – Arthur Virtual Property Manager!

It’s March and it has been a hectic 3 months at the Arthur HQ. As promised, we have listened to all your recommendations and requirements. Using this, we have come up with some great new software – the virtual property manager. It can be accessed on your desktop or on your mobile – anywhere, anytime. Arthur continue to provide solutions to make property manager’s lives easier!

Introducing Arthur’s New Virtual Property Manager.

Arthur now provide a property management platform with a virtual property manager to take of your portfolio on your behalf. The virtual manager will be assigned specifically to you and will handle ALL aspects of your management. This gives you more free time to concentrate on the things that matter!

What does it do?

Whatever you want. The virtual property manager can administer all aspects of property management: documentation, financials, agents, and tenant journey – from start to finish. We will not contact you by phone at anytime, but we will be accessible on the app all the time.

How do I know I am getting the full service?

You will have 100% visibility on workflow and can approve all quotes yourself. All invoices for all work will be on the system, accessible at anytime, anywhere.

What is the difference between Arthur and traditional agencies?

Firstly, you are always in control and can have total visibility of any actions. Secondly, the mobile app enables you to access your property portfolio from anywhere in the world at anytime.

What is the cost?

It is a fixed price per unit, not a percentage of rent. For your costs, use the calculator on this link and enter the number of units to be managed. Currently, the fixed fee per unit per month £22.50, which includes the software subscription and personal virtual manager (but excludes VAT)

Can I take back the virtual property manager?

Absolutely. If you feel that the virtual property manager is not benefitting you, then you can simply disable the assistant on your settings.

Customer service is at the forefront of what we do. If you have any questions or recommendations for further changes, feel free to contact us. As the year goes on, we will be releasing some other new features. Stay tuned…
