With more local lockdowns announced across the UK and the possibility of a second lockdown is appearing more likely, Arthur has released two new features designed to help both property managers and tenants navigate the new normal.
Arthur has already proven itself as a business-critical solution for property managers during the COVID-19 pandemic, but the introduction of our new Covid Profile and Vulnerability Profile for tenants further demonstrates our commitment to continually improving our offering to our clients.
Covid Profile
This new feature allows tenants to complete a Covid Profile where they can connect and share Covid related information with their property manager.
The profile includes options to confirm if the tenants are self-isolating, have symptoms, been in contact with someone who has tested positive in the last 14 days, or if anyone in the household who is considered at risk.
This enables property managers to take into account any circumstances that will affect property viewings or contractor work etc. whilst maintaining the safety tenants.
As the situation develops, tenants are able to update their profile to automatically update property managers of any changes.
Vulnerability Profile
The Vulnerability Profile lets tenants provide regular updates on any ailments or relevant circumstances they feel comfortable disclosing.
This can include disabilities, long-term illnesses, if the tenant is vulnerable and living alone, or any other concerns they would like to inform their landlord of before viewings or contractor work is scheduled.
The update aims to improve communication and the relationship between property managers and tenants during these uncertain times.
